MSP Reference 2025–26: Millets Compared
Minimum Support Price for 2025–26 across the millets that actually have a CACP-notified MSP — bajra, jowar (hybrid and Maldandi), and ragi — with year-on-year change and primary sources.
Of India’s nine officially recognised millets (Shree Anna / Nutri Cereals), only three have a Minimum Support Price notified by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs on CACP’s recommendation: ragi, jowar, and bajra. The other six — foxtail, kodo, little, barnyard, proso, and browntop — are not among the 14 kharif crops with a declared MSP for 2025–26. This page covers exactly the three that do, and says so plainly for the six that don’t, rather than implying MSP coverage that doesn’t exist.

Millets without a declared MSP
The small millets below are procured, traded, and processed entirely outside the MSP system — pricing is set by open-market demand, FPO aggregation, and, in some states, crop-diversification incentive schemes rather than a government floor price. Their crop pages cover production and processing context in full; none carries an MSP figure because none exists.

This is a single annual reference table, updated once a year when the new Kharif Marketing Season MSP is announced — not a pricing tracker.
