1. Acceptance of these terms

IndiaMillets(“the platform,” “we,” “us”) is owned and operated by Agpro Consulting Private Limited, with offices in New Delhi, India and Pune, India. By accessing or using https://indiamillets.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What the platform is

IndiaMillets publishes reference content on millet crop science, nutrition, global production and trade, processing economics, and government schemes, and operates a directory through which businesses in the millet processing economy — suppliers, processors, equipment dealers, and exporters — can submit information for listing. The platform is an information resource and directory. It is not a marketplace, escrow service, or party to any transaction between listed businesses and third parties.

3. Editorial content is not professional advice

Content on this platform — including crop reference pages, scheme explainers, and equipment guides — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, agronomic, or regulatory advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional or the relevant government authority before making a business, financial, or agricultural decision. We cite primary sources (government ministries, APEDA, ICAR-IIMR, FSSAI, and similar bodies) wherever possible; where a figure is an industry estimate rather than official data, we say so in the text.

4. Business listings and submitted information

If you submit information to be listed on the platform (via the List Your Businessform or otherwise), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the business named. We reserve the right to verify, edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including where information cannot be verified against the credentials supplied (FSSAI, GST, APEDA registration numbers, or equivalent). A listing on the platform, including any “verified” badge, reflects the checks we performed at the time of listing and is not a guarantee of a business’s ongoing conduct, solvency, or product quality. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information supplied by third parties, and we do not endorse any listed business.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form on the platform;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or listing data without our prior written consent;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its underlying systems; or
• use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes a third party’s rights.

6. Intellectual property

Original text, data compilations, charts, and design on this platform are owned by Agpro Consulting Private Limited or licensed to it. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish or redistribute substantial portions of our content, or scrape our supplier directory for commercial reuse, without prior written permission. Third-party photography used on the platform is credited and used under its stated free-license terms (typically Creative Commons via Wikimedia Commons); those images remain the property of their respective photographers.

7. No payment processing on the platform (currently)

As of the date above, the platform does not process payments or store payment card data. Any future paid features (premium listings, reports, or subscriptions) will route through a licensed third-party payment processor, and will be governed by additional terms disclosed at the point of purchase.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agpro Consulting Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, reliance on its content, or dealings with any business listed on it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
